LSI National Credentialing Register tiers
The requirements for each tier of the LSI National Credentialing Register are set out below.
If you do not meet the LSI Register standards you will be identified at tier X, which demonstrates you are working towards meeting the full requirements. For further information please click here.
Tier 1:
Interaction with healthcare professionals but no interaction or contact with patients or relatives other than in areas open to the general public. (You must complete each training section below to be Tier 1 compliant) |
Tier 2:
Interaction with healthcare professionals and with patients or relatives in areas where no invasive procedures are taking place. (You must complete each training section below along with Tier 1 to be Tier 2 compliant) |
Tier 3:
Interaction with healthcare professionals and with patients or relatives in areas where invasive procedures are taking place. |
